My stay at Grand Hotel Continental was a mixed experience. The hotel itself is stunning with elegant decor, but the service left much to be desired. On one hand, the room was spacious and comfortable. but I encountered issues that were not handled well by the staff. Overall, while the ambiance and location are fantastic, the service didn't meet my expectations.

The breakfast was a good start to my day, although I did find the mini bar a bit lacking in drink options.
